Payment Confirmation

For online payments, the order will be confirmed only after successful payment verification. Customers will receive a confirmation once the transaction is completed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery is available, customers are required to make the full payment at the time of delivery. Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready whenever possible to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Failed Transactions

In case a payment fails but the amount is deducted from the customer’s account, the payment will usually be automatically reversed by the payment provider within 3–7 working days.
